Part-time spots are limited and all spots are offered on a first-come, first serve basis. Tuition is contracted annually. Families can pay in 10 monthly installments or 2 installments (Semester/2, Five month terms).  Final month’s payment (June) plus a one-time only registration fee is required upon enrollment.

Hours of Operation

Monday—Friday: 8am – 3pm. We offer extended day programs up to 5:45pm

Age Requirement/Enrollment Policy

We accept children between the ages of 3 months and 5 years. Eladia’s Kids has a “rolling admissions” policy and therefore we accept children all year round pending availability. Your child must have been born in order to register. We require all families to tour our program with their child before being able to register as it is critical for you to experience the environment with your child in tow to be clear that daycare/preschool is the right fit for you and your little one. Expectant families are kindly asked to reach out to us shortly after your baby has arrived (ideally just after your child has received their first vaccinations/usually the 6-week mark) to visit our schools.

Vaccination Policy

In order to ensure the health  and well-being of our littlest students, their fellow classmates, our staff and expectant mothers who may be pregnant with a sibling we require all of our children to be vaccinated to be in our program. Vaccinations schedules are strictly monitored and there are no exceptions. Parents who allow their child’s vaccinations to lapse/not be administered in a timely fashion, will have to keep their children out of school until they are up-to-date. Click here to download the mandatory Child Adolescent Health Exam Form (CAHE) and the Daycare Cumulative Health Form  (DCH/Yellow Form) required to be on file prior to your child  staring at Eladia’s Kids. The CAHE form is to to be updated and stamped by your child’s pediatrician each time your child returns from their scheduled well-visits. the DCH form is update yearly at the beginning of your child’s enrollment and at the start of school in September thereafter.

Wait List Policy

Eladia’s Kids understands how important quality childcare is for our working families and find wait lists not only cause unnecessary anxiety, they also offer families a false sense of security  – especially for first time parents who need assurance in knowing exactly when their children are starting school in order to figure out work  schedules/back-to-work plans. In lieu of a wait list, Eladia’s Kids offers you the option to tour the next closest location which may have availability. After completing a tour with your child, parents can register for the available spot.  Alternatively, should your ideal start time not be available, you can still register and lock in the available spot at your preferred location and then figure out interim care (extend their maternity/paternity leave/nanny share/family member, etc.) until your child’s start date. In addition, given that our schools are in close proximity to each other we allow transfers in between schools. Parents can start at another one of our schools at the time frame they desire (pending availability) and when the opening becomes available at your preferred school your child will be able to transfer there. Given that the structure of our curriculum is the same school-wide the transitions run very smoothly and many parents have done this quite successfully.
